Left Foot Right Foot Official Soundtrack
While on Denali last month, Will Neelands and I were discussing how cool it would be to have a soundtrack, like a movie does, but for the book to help bring the story to life.
As it happens there were certain songs that were significant during the process of writing, so here is the official soundtrack to Left Foot Right Foot.
I'll keep this handy when they decide to make the Left Foot Right Foot Hollywood blockbuster. ;-)

Chapter: BITTER PILL
This song accurately gives an in sight into the depths of depression and what it feels like to be a stranger in your own life.

Of all the song to have in your head on the summit of the highest mountain on Earth...this was it.
EULOGY FOR BILLY
This piece is a common hymn at most funerals, but when performed on bagpipes, it is as moving as it is beautiful.
Chapter: SAY WHAT YOU NEED TO SAY
Goes without saying.
Chapter: IT'S OK TO PEE A LITTLE BIT
At the finish line of Ironman, this song is still as clear as day. It would be impossible to find a song with more fitting lyrics.
Chapter: ONE DAY MORE
On Denali in 2011, a day's rest would have made a world of difference for me. I thought Les Miserables was quite fitting, considering my state of mind at the time.
Chapter: AMA DABLAM
Walking back to camp from Camp 2 on Ama Dablam in the bright moonlight, this song was in my headphones...also perfectly fitting for where I was and what I was going through.
Then there ware some awesome tracks that keep in a playlist to keep energy and motivation levels up. Enjoy!
